The Cudy CD-GS1016 is a versatile 16-port Gigabit switch designed for either desktop or rack-mount installation. It comes equipped with a manual toggle switch to shift between three distinct operating modes: Default, VLAN, and Extender. While Default mode allows unrestricted communication across all ports, switching to VLAN mode isolates ports 1 through 14. Alternatively, Extender mode stretches the transmission range on those same ports (1–14) up to 250 meters at a 10Mbps data rate.
